TheDoorCompany.com offers safe and reliable shipping for all of its doors. We ship to the continental U.S. only. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on total weight and the state to which the product(s) will ship.

   
 

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will usually ship by the end of the next business day. Holidays and weekends excluded. Subject to availability. Only complete orders will be shipped. Shipment Monitoring System
To protect your door(s) during shipment, the container is equipped with the Tiltwatch® monitoring system. Immediately upon delivery, inspect the Tiltwatch® label attached to the outside of your shipment and follow the instructions. For more information, see Refunds & Returns.

IMPORTANT: We cannot deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. We strongly recommend shipping to locations with a loading dock. If you work at a location with a loading dock, we recommend making arrangements to ship to your work location.
